FITNESS TRAINING

Choose the fitness training option that is best for you:

  • Individual training
  • Partner training
  • Small group training (3 to 4 people)

All single sessions include an in depth complimentary assessment.  Before you begin personal training I will meet with you individually to go over your goals, and do a movement assessment.

Training sessions are customized to meet your fitness goals.  Each workout is designed with safety in mind.

I enjoy working with older clients and training women in all stages of their lives.  I specialize in weight management and helping people to believe in themselves.
